1. Make change to item 4 of the Section ІІ Instructions about procedure for detection of transactions (including agreements) which are insignificant, and also actions of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits in case of their detection, the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of May 26, 2016 No. 826, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 15, 2016 for No. 863/28993 (with changes), having excluded in the second offer of the word "or liquidations in bank".

2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. For public relations and the international organizations to provide to management placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.

4. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the deputy managing director Novikov V. V.
