About modification and amendments in the Law "On Regulation of Managerial Legal Relationship"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on July 1, 2021
Article 1. From Item 2 of part 2 of article 9 of the Law of March 23, 2018 No. ZR-207 "On regulation of managerial legal relationship" (further - the Law) words "offices of governors," to exclude.
Article 2. To add article 9 of the Law with part 3.1 following of content:
"3.1. The powers provided for offices of governors to Items 1-3, 6 and 7 of this Article are performed by the Prime Minister, and the powers provided by parts 4 and 5 of part of 1 this Article - the vice-Prime Minister coordinating the sphere of territorial administration.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
