About modification of the Procedure for maintaining by the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance, the Register of lawyers who provide free secondary legal assistance

According to Item 7 parts one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal assistance", the subitem 38 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining by the Coordination center for provision of legal assistance, the Register of lawyers who provide free secondary legal assistance, No. 633/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 30, 2015 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 13, 2015 for No. 517/26962, the following changes:

"The head territorial administrations of justice in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the Section II of the word "interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine";

2) in the Section III:

in Item 1 of the word "regional center" shall be replaced with words "the center for provision of free secondary legal assistance (further - the center)";

in Item 2 of the word "the regional center for provision of free secondary legal assistance (further-the regional center)" to replace with the word "center";

in Item 3 of the word "regional center" in all cases to replace with the word "center" in the corresponding case;

To replace 3) in Item 2 of the Section IV of the word of "the regional and local centers of provision of legal assistance" with the word of "centers";
