In pursuance of articles 2 and 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 18, 2020 "About ratification of the Agreement on features of implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones within the Eurasian Economic Union" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 54-Z
1. To add item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585, with subitem 4.52-2 of the following content:
"4.52-2. performs holding in accordance with the established procedure actions for control concerning persons which allowed violation of requirements to production of jewelry and other products, and also exchange of information with the bodies of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union authorized on normative legal regulation in the field of production, uses and addresses of precious metals and gemstones according to the Agreement on features of implementation of transactions with precious metals and gemstones within the Eurasian Economic Union of November 22, 2019;".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
