About entering of amendments into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 191 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the Code) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The features connected with ownership and use of the property which is common ownership of the apartment building are established by the Law "About Management of the Apartment Building".".
Article 2. To add article 192 of the Code with part 3 following of content:
"3. The features connected with the order the property which is common ownership of the apartment building are established by the Law "About Management of the Apartment Building".".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
