About change of resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of the fourteenth, twenty first 26, Article parts one 39, Article parts three 232, parts three of article 266-2 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2001 No. 63 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for carrying out calculations from the current (settlement) bank accounts in the priority established by the legislation":
in word preamble of "paragraphs of the twenty first, twenty sixth" shall be replaced with words "the paragraph of the twenty first";
in Item 1 of the Instruction on procedure for carrying out calculations from the current (settlement) bank accounts in the priority established by the legislation, approved by this resolution:
the tenth to state the paragraph to part two in the following edition:
"the subject of business activity - the legal entity created according to the legislation, its branches and representations which are in the Republic of Belarus and beyond its limits, bank, the individual entrepreneur, the notary.";
in word part three "paragraphs the ninth, tenth and thirty sixth" shall be replaced with words "paragraphs the seventh, eighth and thirty fourth";
