1. Take into consideration that:

for the purpose of financing of the "Sustainable Development of the Rural Zone" project (further - the Project) on December 19, 2020 the Board of directors of Islamic development bank approves the decision on allocation by Islamic development bank (further - IBR) loan in the amount of 200 million US dollars for a period of 20 years, including grace period of 5 years, on December 16, 2020 by the Board of directors of OPEC - the decision on allocation by OPEC Fund for the international development (further - OPEC) loan in the amount of 75 million US dollars for a period of 20 years, including grace period of 5 years;

during project implementation the representation of the Development program of the United Nations (further - PROON) in Uzbekistan performs activities as the partner of responsible executive body which allocated grant funds in the amount of 3, for project implementation of 05 million US dollars;

the contribution of the Republic of Uzbekistan to project implementation is constituted by means in the amount of 59, of 95 million US dollars;

The project is implemented in 170 SGM (40 central and 130 adjoining махаллях) 20 areas of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Bukhara, Navoiy and Khorezm regions;

the project deadline constitutes 5 years (2021 - 2025).

2. Determine that:
