3, of subitem 7.1 of Item 7, of Item 9, of parts two and third Item 11, of Items 14 and 21 of the word "Republic of Belarus" to exclude from Item;

in Item 12:

to exclude parts one of the word "Republic of Belarus" from paragraphs of the first and fourth;

in part three to replace the word of "fourth" with the word "heel";

in Item 13:

state part one in the following edition:
