For the purpose of creation of complete structure on production and realization of mineral fertilizers and chemical remedies of plants, ensuring timely and complete calculations for their delivery to agricultural industry, strengthenings of responsibility of territorial agrochemical services, improvements of interaction between them and the manufacturing companies the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Accept offers of the Republican commission on preparation of offers on deepening of administrative reform and enhancement of management structure economy, the Ministries of agricultural and water economy, SAC Uzkimesanoat, shareholders SAC Uzkishlokhuzhalikkime, territorial joint-stock associations Kishlokhuzhalikkim and "Republican Base of Chemical Remedies of Plants" joint-stock company about:
liquidations SAC Uzkishlokhuzhalikkime;
transformation of territorial joint-stock associations Kishlokhuzhalikkim in territorial joint-stock companies "Kishlokhuzhalikkime" with their transfer to structure SAC Uzkimesanoat;
