1. Bring in the Main requirements to the agreement on provision of telecommunication services approved by the decision of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of communication and informatization, of November 29, 2012 No. 624, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2012 for No. 2150/22462 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 1.2 of the Section I after the words "" about consumer protection "" to add with the words "" about electronic confidential services ", " about electronic documents and electronic document management "";

The Section II to add 2) with new Item of the following content:

"2.4. Operators, providers in case of the conclusion of agreements can use the electronic touch device or other technical means providing addition to the agreement by the created party of the digital signature or other analog of the sign manual which has the same legal force, as well as the sign manual, and is equated to the sign manual in case of observance of provisions of these Requirements.";
