About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning activities of Council for accreditation of conformity assessment bodies

For the purpose of optimization of activities of Council for accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About accreditation of conformity assessment bodies in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 16, 2006 No. 795 the following changes:

1) in the Regulations on national accreditation system in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in paragraph six of Item 3.2 of the word "in spheres of accreditation and certification" shall be replaced with words "in the field of assessment of conformity, except for areas of accreditation";

- state Item 4.2 in the following edition:

"4.2. In the National accreditation system without fail there shall be accredited bodies on the certifications, test laboratories and the inspecting bodies which are carrying out works in the field of obligatory assessment of conformity.";

"4.8. NOA shall publish and if necessary update on the official site of the Center or in mass media and/or in other state information resources information on accreditation body, on accreditation process, accredited bodies on assessment of conformity, on rules and procedures of accreditation, information on recognition of results of accreditation and the annual report on its activities.";
