1. General provisions

1.1. this provision regulates sales processes of values to legal entities and physical persons, and also foreign legal entities and physical persons at auction. At the same time the ownership is transferred to the buyer who offered during trading maximum price.

1.2. The initiative of the organization of auction can proceed:

in case of sale of the values belonging to the state - from the Government, the Central bank, authorized body;

in case of sale of the values belonging to legal entities and physical persons - from owners of these values.

1.3. To sale at auction can be offered:

products from precious metals and gemstones;

the gemstones having collection value;

the numismatical material (coins since the most ancient times up to now, including modern anniversary and commemorative coins) which is of collection, historical value;

the books having special art and historical value;

works of art: painting, graphics, sculpture, author's jewelry, etc.;

antiques;

products of national crafts.

2. Preparation for holding the auction

2.1. The owner (further the seller) submits the application for Republican real estate exchange (further the organizer of auction) together with the documents confirming the property right to the values specified in the request.
