About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 and of September 14, 2020 No. 533
In pursuance of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2021 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 265
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in subitem 2.3-1 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus":
in paragraph one of the word "About Instructions for Filling of Customs Declarations and Forms of Customs Declarations" shall be replaced with words "About declaration form on goods and procedure for its filling";
in paragraph eight of the word "in the Instruction about procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved" shall be replaced with words "The procedure for filling of the declaration on goods approved";
in the paragraph the twelfth to replace the words "used in case of customs declaring, approved" and "declarations" respectively with words "approved" and "documents";
twenty third to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"in case according to the foreign exchange legislation the currency agreement is not subject to registration, under code of document type "03031" according to the qualifier of documents the record "The Currency Agreement Is Not Subject to Registration" is made;";
1.2. in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 14, 2020 No. 533 "About statistical declaration of goods":
