Chapter 1. Opening by credit institution (its branch) of additional office

1.1. The credit institution (its branch) independently determines the location of additional office in the territory of the Russian Federation. Opening of additional offices by credit institutions (branches) outside the territory of the Russian Federation is not allowed.

1.2. Premises of additional office in which banking activities are performed (including rooms for making of transactions with values) can be located at, other than the location address of additional office (further - remote points of servicing).
