About modification of the Regulations on issue and use of permissions to motor transportation transportations approved by the Order of the Government No. 257/2017

Based on part (2) articles II of the Law No. 181/2020 on introduction of amendments to the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 272-277, 589) DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Regulations on issue and use of permissions to motor transportation transportations approved by the Order of the Government No. 257/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 149-154, 363), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

To exclude 1) in Item 2 of the word "or the accompanying services";

Item 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. According to requirements of this provision of permission to motor transportation transportations are issued to the motor transportation operators and the companies from the Republic of Moldova registered according to provisions of the Code of road transport No. 150/2014, performing cargo and passenger motor transportation operations by the road vehicles registered in the Republic of Moldova and also to physical persons and legal entities, according to the this provision conditions.";

3) in Item 7:

a) in subitems 1) and 2) to replace the word "permission" with the word "permissions", and to replace figures "20" with figures "40";

b) 3) and 4) to state subitems in the following edition:

"3) permissions of III category - permissions with limited quantity which availability not completely provides demand for the next 20 calendar days the analysis is carried out by extrapolation granted permission about issue;

4) permissions with any number - the permissions produced by request of the Agency by typographical method, on the basis of the analysis of the existing demand to which series and single sequence number are appropriated;";
