RESOLUTION OF THE PLENUM OF THE SUPREME COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with the made changes and additions in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Due to the changes and additions made to the legislation and also the questions which arose in court practice based on article 17 of the Law "About Courts", the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. "About court practice on cases on establishment of the facts having legal value" to state Item 24 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 20, 1991 to No. 5 in the following edition:

"24. Recommend to Court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city to courts regularly to generalize court practice on cases on establishment of the facts having legal value and take the measures directed to elimination of the revealed shortcomings by consideration and permission of cases of the specified category".

2. "About some questions arising in court practice in connection with application of the Civil code" to state Item 26 of the resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 24, 1999 to No. 16 in the following edition:

"26. Recommend to Court of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city to courts regularly to generalize practice of application by courts of regulations of group of companies in case of the dispute resolution and by results to take the measures aimed at providing their correct application".

3. The resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 28, 2000 No. 7 "About some questions of application of the legislation on compensation of moral harm":
