1. Suspend till January 1, 2023:

1) the paragraph of the eleventh Item 14, the subitem 10) Item 34-1, of Item 38 of Rules of registration and consideration of the petition for assignment of the status of the refugee approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 29, 2010 No. 496 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6681);

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 15.04.2022 No. 123

2. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) of this Item.
