About modification of Rules of the market and the Procedure for distribution of funds from current accounts with the special mode of use of electrosuppliers

According to the laws of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Rules of the market approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 307, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

in paragraph ten of Item 1.1.2 of Chapter 1.1 of the word "and to the seller to the guaranteed buyer on each issue unit to reduce loadings" to exclude;

in the subitem 4 of Item 1.7.2 and the subitem 6 of Item 1.7.5 of Chapter to replace 1.7 figures and the sign "12:00" with figures and the sign "10:30";

2) in appendix 11:

in Item 3 of appendix 1 to the Service provision agreement on reduction of loading numbering of subitems "1". "2". and "4". replace with numbering "1)", "2)" and "3)" respectively;

in appendix 2 to the Service provision agreement on reduction of loading numbering of the Items "1.1". "1.2". "1.3". and "1.4". replace with numbering "1". "2". "3". and "4". respectively.

Bring in Chapter 2 of the Procedure for distribution of funds from current accounts with the special mode of use of electrosuppliers approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of June 18, 2019 No. 1041, the following changes:
