About additional measures for enhancement of activities of the commodity and raw exchanges

For the purpose of expansion of market methods of wholesale of goods, cardinal improvement of activities of the commodity and raw exchanges according to modern requirements of forming of market mechanism of pricing of products of domestic producers the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine that:

at the commodity and raw exchanges the exchange, auction, exhibition and fair biddings by means of the conclusion can be organized:

stock exchange transactions by results of the electronic exchange biddings by the goods of certain sort and quality, including derivative financial instruments (derivatives) admitted in accordance with the established procedure to exchange trading;

auction transactions by results of biddings (including the electronic biddings on the organization of public procurements) goods (works, services), including goods having individual properties; auction transactions by results of biddings (including the electronic biddings on the organization of public procurements) goods (works, services), including goods having individual properties;

exhibition and fair transactions with any goods which are not meeting the requirements imposed to exchange goods, and requiring provision to buyers of possibility of survey of their samples and models, electronic catalogs, prospectuses, advertizing bulletins or other characterizing documentation.

2. To allocate to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent in malls on realization of construction materials:

the areas and rooms on a grant basis for the organization by the exchanges of exhibition and fair wholesale trade by construction materials;

to members of the commodity and raw exchanges - the areas and rooms under lease for storage of the goods intended to realization at the exhibition and fair biddings.
