in the Rules of issue to foreigners and stateless persons of permission to temporary and permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified order:

the request in the integrated information system of Service centers of the population (further - IS TsON) in "The state database "Physical persons" (further – GBD FL) on availability at uslugopoluchatel of individual identification number is created (further - IIN);

in the presence of IIN the request IS TsON, with attachment of electronic copies of all necessary documents, for rendering the state service is created.

After receipt of the request from IS TsON in IS MT, or in case of the address of uslugopoluchatel to the service provider the following events are performed:

service provider:

1) enters data on uslugopoluchatel in IS MT (in the absence of data);

2) creates the accepted materials in separate accounting case, with the term of permanent storage which is registered in register of cases of constantly living foreigners and stateless persons in form, according to appendix of 8 these rules.
