barter transactions in case of production and turnover of alcohol and alcoholic products.

4. The interdepartmental commission on implementation of system of excise stamps to enter regular updating of excise stamps into practice, implementing new methods of their protection, including using holographic methods.

5. Grant the right to the State Tax Committee and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of failure to pay by the companies making alcoholic and tobacco products, the excise tax and other taxes over 3 months from the payment due date established by the legislation, to make offers on suspension of action of licenses for production of alcoholic products or their cancellation in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
