1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2009 No. 52 "About approval of the Regulations on the Republican commission on inventories of minerals":
to add preamble after the words "On the Basis" with the words "parts two";
in the Regulations on the Republican commission on inventories of minerals approved by this resolution:
in Item 2:
in subitem 2.1 of the word of "use of natural resources" shall be replaced with words "geological studying of subsoil";
