About measures for the organization of activities of public fund for support of children

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the tasks determined in the State program by strategy implementation of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021 in "Year of support of youth and strengthening of health of the population" and also treatment of children from the needing families, the orphans, children having serious illness and children with disability, supports of receipt of education, provision of housing and mastering profession by them:

1. Approve the offer of chambers of Oliy Majlis and Cabinet of Ministers on creation in case of their establishment of Public fund for support of children (further - Children's public fund).

2. Take into consideration that are determined by the most important tasks of Children's public fund:

the organization and financing of actions for identification of the children who got into difficult situation and needing social protection, to rendering address public and financial support to them;

implementation of additional mechanisms of rendering medical, public and financial aid for timely diagnosis of the serious, chronic illness posing threat of life of children, and rare (orphan) diseases, their treatments in the republic or if necessary - in the foreign states;

providing children from the needing families and children with limited opportunities medicines, medical and prosthetic and orthopedic products on free basis;

rendering assistance in education by children with variations in physical or mental development, including providing with special educational literature and educational accessories;

social adaptation of children with disability, training in professions proceeding from their interests and equipment for their self-employment at home;

establishment of guardianship over the needy families performing care of children with the diagnosis of serious illness;

the organization and financing of actions for social support of children with disability, including to rendering the high-technology specialized rehabilitation help to them.
