About introduction of amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova

The parliament adopts this constitutional law.

Art. I. - In the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 78, of the Art. 140), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 116:

3. To add part 2 of Chapter IX with Article 121-1 of the following content:

The supreme council of magistracy is guarantor of independence of judicial authority.".
