Item 3 of appendix No. 4 to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of May 28, 2019 No. 59 "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods according to obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO, and also in some decisions of the Supreme Eurasian economic council and Eurasian economic commission".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
