ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About approval of Rules of export of the drugs and psychotropic substances intended for humanitarian assistance (assistance) or the help in case of emergency situations, and recognition voided separate acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

According to Item 8.1 of article 28 of the Federal law "About Drugs and Psychotropic Substances" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of export of the drugs and psychotropic substances intended for humanitarian assistance (assistance) or the help in case of emergency situations.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 17, 2009 No. 232 "About procedure for export of the drugs and psychotropic substances intended for humanitarian assistance (assistance) or the help in case of emergency situations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 12, the Art. 1434);

Item of 93 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 4, 2012 No. 882 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning activities of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 37, the Art. 5002);

Item of 6 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2017 No. 754 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 27, the Art. 4052).

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022. The rules approved by this resolution are effective till March 1, 2028.
