1. Establish asset cost size, and also total asset cost of leasing companies according to balance sheets on the last reporting date preceding date of submission of the petition in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to transactions and actions, stipulated in Article 27 and part 1 of article 29 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition", in the amount of 8 billion rubles is required.

1(1). Establish asset cost size, and also total asset cost of the leasing companies according to balance sheets on the last reporting date preceding date of submission of the petition in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority to transactions is required provided by part 1.1 of article 29 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Competition" in the amount of 180 billion rubles.

2. Establish the size of the assets of leasing company (except for money) acquired by person (group of persons) as a result of one transaction or several transactions in case of which exceeding receipt of prior consent of antimonopoly authority, in the amount of 10 percent of asset cost on balance sheets on the last reporting date preceding date of submission of the petition is required.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2022 and is effective till March 1, 2028.
