1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2004 No. 3 "About approval of Regulations of pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from the name of the word "Republic of Belarus";
1.2. state preamble in the following edition:
