1. Approve Regulations on order of registration and registrations of the printing companies according to the appendix N1.

2. Make changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 2, 1998 of N52 "About Streamlining of Printing Activities in the Republic of Uzbekistan" according to the appendix N2.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan H.Karamatov.

Regulations on order of registration and registrations of the printing companies

1. This Provision determines order of registration and registrations of the printing companies in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

This Provision does not extend to the activities consisting only in copying of documents.

2. Printing activities are understood as set of texts of all types of printing editions for the purpose of production of their printing forms, preparation of printing forms (including production of seals and stamps), preparation of prototype, seal, cover, preparation of circulations.
