About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning social protection of separate categories of citizens

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

to handicapped children from seven to eighteen years of the third group - 1,40 of subsistence minimum;

to disabled people since the childhood of the first group - 1,92 of subsistence minimum;

to disabled people since the childhood of the second group - 1,59 of subsistence minimum;

to disabled people since the childhood of the third group - 1,20 of subsistence minimum;

to disabled people of the first group - 1,92 of subsistence minimum;

to disabled people of the second group - 1,53 of subsistence minimum;

to disabled people of the third group - 1,04 of subsistence minimum.".

5. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 1999 "About special public welfare payment in the Republic of Kazakhstan":

Article 1 to add 1) with subitem 1-1) of the following content:

"1-1) persons performing leaving - the physical person which is directly performing care of the disabled person of the first group irrespective of family relation with it;";

2) in item 4 of Article 3:
