About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456/1993 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 59-61, 200), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1 after the concept "purchase price" to add Article with new concept of the following content:

"the declared purchase price - the price of the medical products compensated or offered to compensation from funds of compulsory medical insurance which is formed of the price of the producer and costs for customs procedures declared by the supplier of medical products and transportation expenses it agrees to the international commercial rules Incoterms 2010 and Incoterms 2020 established by the Parisian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The declared purchase price is converted into national currency (lei), by the annual average currency rate the current year established by National Bank of Moldova on the date of the statement;".

2. Add Article 18 with part (2-1) following of content:

"(2-1) Compensation from funds of compulsory medical insurance of drugs and medical products, held for use in out-patient conditions, are performed according to regulations of regulations on compulsory medical insurance.".

3. In Article 20:
