About introduction of amendments to the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on additional social protection of some categories of the population No. 121/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 51, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1 of the word "in Items 3), 5), 7), 8) and 9) Articles 2," shall be replaced with words "in Items 3), 5), 7), 8), 9) and 10) parts (1) Articles 2,".

2. In part (1) Article 2:

in Item 1) to replace figures "1000", "850" and "775" respectively with figures "1550", "1400" and "1325";

in Item 1-1) of figure "800", "650" and "575" to replace respectively with figures "1350", "1200" and "1125";

in Item 2) to replace figures "700" with figures "950";

in Item 3) to replace figures "500" with figures "750";

in Item 4) to replace figures "250" with figures "750";

in Items 7), figures "500" to replace 8) and 9) with figures "750";

add part with Item 10) of the following content:

"10) to participants of recovery from the accident on the Chernobyl NPP, to the persons which arrived in 1986 from exclusion zone and who obtained citizenship of the Republic of Moldova, specified in the Law on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash, No. 909/1992 - 750 lei.".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) Provisions of this law become effective since October 1, 2021.

(3) to the Government to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
