About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on part (1) Articles 6, parts (1) Article 7 and part (1) article 9 of the Law No. 77/2016 on information and technological parks (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 318), with subsequent changes, and for the purpose of execution of part (1) articles II of the Law No. 142/2020 on introduction of amendments to the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 199-204, 416), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1144/2017 about creation of the information and technological park "Moldova IT park" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 451-463, 1272), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the resolution and appendices of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case;

Item 3 of the resolution to declare 2) invalid;

3) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 8:

3) to add the subitem with the words "and Ministry of Economics";

16) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"16) implements projects/program for development of the park;";

add with subitems of 17)-19) of the following content:

"17) involves donor technical and financial aid to implementation of projects/programs for development of the park and manages it;

18) is advanced by the park at the international level;

19) performs other functions for realization of policy of support of development of the industry of information technologies and ecosystem of digital innovations";
