About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201/2009 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 201/2009 about enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 158/2008 on the state position and the status of the government employee (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 55-56, 249), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in all text of the word "tender CV" in any case shall be replaced with words "tender of the file" in the corresponding case;

2) in Item 11:

in letter and-1) the words "motivational letter and CV" to replace with the text "the concept of institutional development which reflects vision of the candidate of priorities and main directions of development of body of the public power and shall not exceed 2 pages";

letter d) to state in the following edition:

"d) the documents confirming professional years of service (the copy of the service record, the certificate of the professional activity performed after January 1, 2019 or other supporting documents)";

"18. Tender on substitution of the highest leading state position includes tender of the file and interview, and on substitution of the leading state position and executive state position - written testing and interview.";

4) in Item 18-1 the second offer to state in the following edition:

"Tender of the file consists in selection by tender committee of candidates/candidates for substitution of the highest leading state position on the basis of the provided files and assessment of the concept of institutional development, experience and reputation which is performed on system from 1 to 10 points, separately by each member of tender committee.";
