About modification of the Order of the Government No. 672/2017 about approval of regulations on the State register of local acts

In the Order of the Government No. 672/2017 about approval of regulations on the State register of local acts (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 322-328, 775), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in acceptance formula the text "The law No. 161 of July 7, 2016 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 369-378, 745)" to replace with the text "parts (5) article 102 of the Law No. 436/2006 on local public authority (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. 3) in appendix No. 1:

a) in Item 6 in the concept "technical administrator":
