Concerning activities of the National Bank of Ukraine as participant of depositary system of Ukraine and transfer of bonds of local loans

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets", to the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine of June 19, 2020 No. 738-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of investment attraction and implementation of new financial instruments", for the purpose of enhancement of implementation of activities of the National Bank of Ukraine as participant of depositary system of Ukraine and ensuring transfer of bonds of local loans on depositary servicing of Central Securities Depository the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of July 30, 2013 No. 1331 "About features of implementation of activities of the National Bank of Ukraine as participant of depositary system of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 20, 2013 for No. 1431/23963, the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

word in paragraph one of "internal state loans" shall be replaced with words "internal state loan";

after the paragraph of the sixth to add with the new paragraph the seventh the following content:

"The National Bank of Ukraine performs the depository activity provided by Items 3 and 5 of part one of article 3 of the Law, according to the procedure, established by the Commission.".

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the twelfth respectively paragraphs the eighth - the thirteenth;
