1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standard rates of cost of compensation of losses of agricultural production and use of the means arriving according to the procedure of their compensation" of January 5, 2016 No. 1 the following changes:

- in preamble after words of "agricultural holdings" to add with the words "or provision for the purposes of subsurface use";

- state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Approve:

- standard rates of cost of compensation of losses of agricultural production in case of transfer (transformation) of agricultural holdings according to appendix 1;

- standard rates of cost of compensation of losses of agricultural production by provision of agricultural holdings, without transfer (transformation), for the purposes of subsurface use according to appendix 2.";
