About introduction of amendments to the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 214-220, 704), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. State Article 89 in the following edition:

"Article 89. Property of the debtor on which collection cannot be turned

(1) collection on the following property of the debtor physical person does not address:

a) property, including furniture, necessary for the debtor physical person and members of his family for private use or use in life, intended for maintaining moderate conduct of life provided that the cost of each unit of this property does not exceed 2000 lei;

b) accessories of children of the debtor;

c) awards, medals, other distinctions which award the debtor or members of his family;

d) the food necessary for the debtor and members of his family for three months and if the debtor goes in for exclusively agricultural industry, - the animals intended for production of essential food and forages, necessary for these animals;

e) agricultural stock, including the animals who are not intended for production of food and used in agricultural or homeworks stern for these animals and seeds for agriculture if the debtor goes in for agricultural industry, in amount, necessary for continuation of agricultural works;

f) fuel, including coal and firewood, necessary for the debtor and members of his family for cooking and heating of housing, per three winter months;

g) objects of religious cult, family photos, wedding rings or other objects having emotional or personal value, except jewelry or other luxury goods;

h) things necessary for the debtor for further occupation profession or craft;

i) special vehicles for persons with limited opportunities, necessities for persons with limited opportunities and objects for patient care;

j) the car which cost does not exceed five average salaries on economy if it is extremely necessary for the debtor and members of his family;
