About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning ensuring openness of information on the amount of compensation in the state-owned and utility companies

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1) paragraph two of part three of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About personal data protection" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 34, Art. 481; 2014, No. 22, Art. 816; 2020, 38, 279) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Information on obtaining in any form by physical person of budgetary funds, the state-owned or municipal property, structure, the principles of forming and the amount of compensation, remuneration, the additional benefit of the head, deputy manager of the legal entity of the public law, the head, deputy manager, member of the supervisory board of the state or utility company or state or utility organization which aims at profit earning, person who permanently or temporarily holds position of the member of executive body or is part of the supervisory board of economic society in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (share, shares) directly or indirectly belong to the state and/or territorial community, except cases, the stipulated in Article 6 Laws of Ukraine "About access to public information" does not belong to information with limited access;

2) in the Law of Ukraine "About access to public information" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 32, Art. 314 with subsequent changes):
