1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for issue of the documents certifying the temporary disability of citizens approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of November 13, 2001 No. 455, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 4, 2001 for No. 1005/6196, the following changes:

paragraphs two and third Item 1.7 of Section 1 to exclude.

2. Bring in the Procedure for forming of medical certificates about temporary disability in the Register of medical certificates in electronic health care system approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 1, 2021 No. 1066, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 2, 2021 for No. 728/36350, the following changes:
