About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About individual accounting in system of the national social insurance"

Article 1. In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About individual accounting in system of the national social insurance" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 12, Article 738; 2005, No. 6, Article 466; 2007, No. 5, Article 401, No. 11, Article 1071; 2008, No. 2, Article 49; 2018, No. 5, Article 866; 2019, No. 3, Article 379) to make the following changes:

1.1. In Article 5.3 after the word "it is regular to be specified" to add words "the relevant organ of the executive authority performing individual accounting in system of the national social insurance";

1.2. 6, 7.6.3, 7.7.4, 8.2.3, 9.1.1 and 9.2.3 to exclude Articles.

1.3. In Articles 7.6.2 and 7.7.3 of the word "not having certificate of the national social insurance" shall be replaced with words "not accepted on individual accounting";

1.4. After the words "explain" to add the word "and also to provide information access in individual personal account" to Article 10.2.2.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
