TsS - transaction price of cotton-fiber for date of transition of the property right to the buyer;

RTs - market price of cotton-fiber of date of transition of the property right to the buyer;

TO - the acceptable deviation equal of 10%.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
