About procedure for reflection in shipping documents of numbering of excise stamps in case of realization of alcoholic products

This Explanatory letter is developed according to Item 5 of the N1 Protocol of meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on implementation of system of excise stamps of February 3, 2000.

1. The manufacturing company of alcoholic products, for the purpose of proper storage and expenditure of excise stamps, issues the special order with determination of responsible persons at each stage of production process to whom accounting with observance of priority of sequence numbers of excise stamps is assigned.

The responsible person keeps the special magazine * (according to appendix N 3) on movement (storage and expenditure) of excise stamps in which registers:

- type of excise stamps;

- quantity and cost;

- initial and final sequence number of each type of excise stamps in the received batch.

2. In case of receipt of excise stamps the responsible person in the special magazine * makes the corresponding entry based on the receipt on receipt of excise stamps and the request calculation (certified by the ranking officer BEND and signed by the bank employee).

3. By transfer of excise stamps to production (the workshop of flood) the responsible person in the same magazine * based on the requirement (according to appendix N 1) where the quantity and cost of excise stamps is specified, fixes initial and final sequence number of each type of the excise stamps transferred to production for marking of excisable products.

4. In production the responsible person at the beginning of each working shift in the special magazine * daily fixes:
