1.1. This Instruction according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About natural monopolies" determines procedure for control of transactions by acquisition or transfer of fixed assets by subjects of natural monopolies.
1.2. This instruction determines procedure for control for:
- transactions as a result of which the subject of natural monopoly acquires the property right to fixed assets or right to use by the fixed assets which are not intended for production (realization) of goods to which state regulation is applied if book value of such fixed assets exceeds ten percent of cost of equity of the subject of natural monopoly;
- transactions as a result of which the subject of natural monopoly transfers to other business entity the ownership or ownerships and (or) uses of part of the fixed assets intended for production (realization) of goods to which regulation according to the legislation on natural monopolies is applied if book value of these fixed assets exceeds ten percent of cost of equity of the subject of natural monopoly.
1.3. Natural monopoly - condition of the goods market on which owing to technological features creation of competitive conditions of satisfaction of demand for certain type of goods is impossible or economically inexpedient (works, services) (further - goods).
