About modification of Rules of maintaining the Unified state register of civil registrations

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of maintaining the Unified state register of civil registrations approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 27, 2018 No. 738 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the Unified state register of civil registrations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 27, Art. 4089; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4648).

Changes which are made to Rules of maintaining the Unified state register of civil registrations

1. In Item 1:

a) the subitem "b" after words of "municipal districts" to add with words "municipal districts,";

b) in the subitem "d" of the word" (in case of temporary implementation of powers on state registration of acts of civil status according to Item 8 of article 4 of the Federal law "About Acts of Civil Status")" to exclude.

2. In Item 2:

a) exclude the words "and also";

b) after the word of "data" to add with the words "and documents".
