Based on Item 2 of Article 5 and item 4 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About professional pension insurance" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 322-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2008 No. 1490 "About some questions of professional pension insurance" the following changes:
to exclude the word of "some" from the name;
state preamble in the following edition:
"Based on Item 2 of Article 5 and item 4 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 "About professional pension insurance" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 322-Z";
in Item 1:
the paragraph one to state in the following edition:
"1. Determine that in case of professional pension insurance according to the procedure and on the conditions determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About professional pension insurance" are applied:";
