About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462

Based on part two of Item 177 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on fund of insurance guarantees for obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles of the Belarusian bureau on transportation insurance approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 4, 2006 No. 1462, the following changes:

to state subitem 2.4 of Item 2 in the following edition:

"2.4. additional contributions of insurers - the complete members of the Belarusian bureau brought based on the agreement signed between the Belarusian bureau and its complete members for:

accomplishment of the action provided by subitem 3.1-1 of Item 3 this provision;

accomplishment of the actions provided by subitems 3.2-3.5 of Item 3 this provision in case of insufficiency of fund;";

add Item 3 with subitem 3.1-1 of the following content:

"3.1-1. the calculations perfromed by the Belarusian bureau for accomplishment of the obligations following from the insurance contracts "Green card" signed by insurers - complete members of the Belarusian bureau, in the amount of and procedure, defined by the agreement between the Belarusian bureau and its complete members, except for accomplishment of such obligations in the cases established by subitems 3.2 and 3.3 of this Item;".

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
