About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2021 No. 256/2020
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2021 No. 256/2020 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 353-357, 286) to make the following changes:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Art. 1. - Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2021 affirm according to the income in 11457321,0 amount thousand lei and to expenses as 11857321,0 amount thousand lei, with deficit in the amount of 400000,0 thousand lei.".
2. State appendix 1 in the following edition:
