About modification of article 27 of the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 27 of the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (2018, Art. No. 441-447, 715), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (5-1) following contents:
"(5-1) In case for the certain workers transferred to similar or higher position owing to reorganization of body/organization of the central branch public management and transfer of some fields of activity or positions from one budget unit another, the salaries calculated owing to application of this law below the average monthly salaries calculated before transfer, payment of wage differential is guaranteed to these workers.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
