About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on control over tobacco No. 278/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 258-261, 489), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. To add article 2 after the concept "tobacco waste" with new concept of the following content:

"devices and accessories to use, gas station or heating of tobacco products or similar products - set of the parts connected definitely which perform in system the established function allowing them to be brought to optimum temperature or to refuel tobacco product and other components or liquid for similar product for the purpose of their consumption;".

2. In Article 3:

4. In Article 15:

in part (3) the fourth offer to state in the following edition: "If tobacco products are packed into single packagings from tree, plastic, glass or metal, warnings of harm for health can be printed on stickers which are pasted afterwards on the surface of single packagings, on condition of impossibility of their removal.";
